Bush Weighed Using Military in Arrests

In 2002 Bush and Cheney seriously considered violating the sacred taboo of employing troops on US soil for the excuse of pursuing terrorists. This could have made it possible for them to easily put the country under martial law, suspend civil liberties, and nullify Congress.
